This page explains what we do with information you give us through this website. “We” means Setpoint Commerce.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, company, email address, website and your note about your stock situation. If you book a call, the booking service we use collects the details it asks for.

We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to arrange and hold a call, and to tell you whether we can help. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and expect a response. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t sell or share your details for marketing.

Who handles it

Form messages are delivered to our email inbox through our email provider. Bookings are handled by our scheduling service. Both act on our behalf and only to provide that service. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.

Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

If we don’t start working together, we delete your enquiry within twelve months. If we do, we keep the records we need to run the service and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Use the contact form and we’ll respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
