management Optional bolt-on
Available with any plan, never on its own: managing a channel without its forecast and stock position is the failure we exist to prevent. The monthly fee is tiered on your Amazon revenue.
What it covers
- Listings and A+ content
- The storefront
- Buy Box
- Advertising
- Cases and Seller Support
- Reviews and policy compliance
- Launching new products onto the channel
FBA replenishment is already in your plan, as a stock location.
What it costs
Monthly base fee, by trailing 12-month Amazon revenue
- Under £100,000 £500 a month
- £100,000 – £250,000 £700 a month
- £250,000 – £500,000 £1,000 a month
- £500,000 – £750,000 £1,300 a month
Trailing twelve-month revenue, re-banded at renewal, never mid term.
Then +£300 a month for each further £250,000 of revenue, up to £2.5m. Above that, quoted.
All prices exclude VAT.
How the growth share works
-
New launches count
Getting new products live and ranked is our work, so they count towards the share.
-
One number
Measured in Sellerboard, which pulls revenue, fees, ad spend, storage and refunds from Seller Central and applies your COGS. You pay for Sellerboard; we take read access.
-
COGS frozen at the baseline
Restated only by agreement, and the baseline restates with it, so a supplier deal you did alone or a freight spike doesn't move the share either way.
Setting the baseline
Contribution profit is Amazon revenue less Amazon fees, advertising, storage, refunds and COGS, as Sellerboard reports it. It is measured before our fees: neither the monthly fee nor the growth share itself is deducted, and nor are your other overheads.
-
If you've been with us a year
We compare the same quarter in the prior year, straight from our own numbers. Seasonality takes care of itself.
-
If you're new to us but already on Amazon
Ninety days bedding in while we load your Sellerboard history with COGS and agree a baseline from your own prior-year quarters. The share starts in month four.
-
If you have no Amazon history
There's nothing to measure against, so your baseline is zero and all of the growth counts towards the share. The base fee at that tier is only £500 — this is where we earn it back.
Every baseline is agreed in writing before the share starts.
