How it works

  1. 1

    Kick-off

We agree your range, your suppliers and the rules the plan has to respect.

  2. 2

    Connect your data

Read access to your sales channels, plus your supplier list with lead times and minimums.

  3. 3

    Build the model

We build your forecast and agree service levels, cash limits and safety stock.

  4. 4

    Approve the first plan

We walk you through it before anything is ordered.

  5. Monthly cycle

Forecast, order plan, POs, freight, one-page report. You approve; we do the rest.

What we need from you

  • Read access to your sales channels
  • Your supplier list with lead times and minimums
  • An hour a week from whoever does the buying

The monthly cycle

  1. Your account manager refreshes the forecast
  2. Issues the order plan for your approval
  3. Raises the POs and chases suppliers
  4. Books and tracks the freight, clears imports
  5. Sends a one-page stock and cash report

You approve the plan; we do the rest.

Once you're set up, roughly

2 hours of your time a month

You approve the order plan, and we do the rest.

Peak and launches

  • Peak planning starts early

Peak planning starts three to four months out, with scenarios rather than a single number.

  • Launches get a forecast first

New products get a forecast before you commit to stock.

  • A call, not a ticket

Anything unusual gets a call, not a ticket. Your account manager is available six days a week.

Freight, done properly

Most brands book with whoever they used last time, because it's easiest. We compare routes, carriers and consolidation options on every shipment and take the cheapest one that still lands your stock when you need it.

  • Sea

    Where the lead time allows

  • Air

    Where it doesn't

  • Consolidated

Containers consolidated where that saves money

Across a year the difference is often larger than our fee.
